I would suggest making each meditation session not shorter than 15 minutes. Meditate as long as you can till you can deeply touch the sense of feeling fulfilled.

Be open to miracles without putting limitations on yourself. Don’t say, “If I meditate for 100 days, then I can achieve my dream.” This basically sets a limitation on yourself, showing that you are allowing your dream to come to you after 100 days. Do not limit yourself to any time frame.

However, when it comes to reprogramming your limiting beliefs, it is scientifically shown that the brain needs 21 days to rewire new neural systems. But remember, you can go beyond any science too.

What I like about any type of meditation is that it helps me tune into my inner self, finding peace and balance, which has been my daily routine for years.
